Meet our Lead Pastor

Rev. N’Simire Bibiche Zagabe-Ndiku
From a young age, Rev. N’Simire Bibiche Zagabe embraced Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior, dedicating her life to serving God. While living in Brussels, Belgium, and later in the US, she has remained devoted to the Church of God. On February 27, 2010, Rev. Zagabe became the Senior Pastor of Green Pastures Church of God in Worcester, Massachusetts. With multiple credentials in Church Leadership, she currently serves as the Chair of the Southern New England Church of God Prayer Ministry, is a graduate of the Police-Clergy Academy, and actively participates in the clergy leadership community in collaboration with the city of Worcester. Pastor Bibiche holds degrees and postgraduate certificates in Economics, Foreign Trade, and Political Science.
Passionate about teaching and learning, she serves on various boards of higher education, including the Dean’s Advisory Board at the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and the Boards of Education for the City of Worcester. Affectionately known as Pastor Bibiche within her church community, she is committed to mentoring and spiritually enriching the lives of many. She is also the proud wife of Rev. Kianda (Alain) Ndiku, and together they have four beautiful children.
